Submission Details
- All runs must be 10 minutes or less! This includes the time you're on screen for. As soon as the timer reaches 10 minutes we will cut you off immediately.
- There's no minimum time (the run has to exist, it can't be a conceptual run)
- Maximum of 3 submissions.
- We can support one screen, so 2p+ co-op is fine as long as it's all contained to a single view. Maximum of 2 cameras.
- Maximum of two commentators. One commentator max if you are two players.
- You must be prepared to arrive 45 minutes early for setup if you have not completed a prior tech check.
- This is a women & femme event, all our performers must qualify for our private server to run in the event! All women/femmes are welcome, whether you're cis, trans, non-binary, or part of a marginalized group!
- You must abide by our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to deny your submission to perform on Lady Arcaders events if you have had issues with our staff or community in the past, or you are actively being uncooperative or rude to our staff members.
- You will need to have a stable internet connection and decent microphone to participate. You will be given a portable installation of OBS Studio to configure that will broadcast to a private RTMP server. You should be able to broadcast your stream to Discord as well so that your comms team can see your feed. We have other options if you cannot broadcast to Discord.
- Please note that the games you submit (name, estimate, game description, and category description) will be publicly visible, as well as the links to the videos submitted. Please keep this in mind when filling it out.

- Submissions open April 1st at noon ET.
- Submissions close April 2nd at noon ET.
- Schedule released on April 3rd around noon ET.
- Event takes place on April 4th starting around 3:00pm ET (tentative)

What do I fill in for availability?

Are there any volunteer positions?
✨ Sorry, only existing staff volunteers and mic talent have been chosen for this event!
Who is allowed to be a performer in this event?
✨ All women/femmes are welcome, whether you're cis, trans, non-binary, or part of a marginalized group! As long as you welcome the label of Lady Arcader, you are welcome! You must be a part of the Lady Arcaders private server.
Am I allowed to have non-women commentators on my showcase?
✨ Yes! You can. They must abide by our guidelines.
I don't have a commentator, can I request a commentary buddy?
✨ Absolutely! Please mention it in your submission notes!
Do I have to submit a speedrun?
✨ Not necessarily, high score or skill showcases are welcome as well!
How old do I have to be to be involved in the event?
✨ You must be 18+ in order to submit a run or volunteer for the event.
